Ask from the Home

At the top of the Home, write in “Ask Tsurito…” and press Send. Tsurito answers with your Claude or your ChatGPT, as in a website’s tasks. You can ask:

  • How something works, such as connecting a domain or bringing back a version. The answer is short and offers the guide, which opens beside you, or the screen of the Panel where it is done.
  • About your account: your websites online, their visits, your subscription, your invoices.
  • For help when something does not work. Tsurito first reads what it can and looks in these guides; when a guide has the answer, it explains it step by step. Otherwise it asks what it needs to know, one question at a time, and prepares a message to support with all of it. You see it, with what is sent with it, and you can change it before Send.
  • For something Tsurito does not do yet. It looks first for the same request on Ship and offers your vote. When there is none, it asks what you need, what for and how you manage today, and prepares a request with it. Ship is public, so the request carries no personal details and no website’s name, and it goes as you see it.

Your conversations stay under “With Tsurito” on the Home.

The Home never changes a website or an email itself. When you ask for a change, the answer has a button that opens a task in that website with your request already written. Check it and send it there. That way every change stays in the website’s own history, where you can go back.

To start something new, the answer opens “New website” or “New email” with your words written.

The Home’s answers think a little, so they are quick and use little of your plan. To raise it for a harder question, choose it in the assistant’s menu, under the field.

“Needs you” gathers what is waiting for you while you make: a question Tsurito asked in any website, email or conversation, our answer to your message to support, a request you voted for that has arrived, and changes waiting to be published. What your account needs, such as a domain almost ready or a trial ending, is on the Panel‘s home.

Below, “Summary” counts your websites and your emails by where they are: online, with changes to publish or only on this computer; drafts, ready, scheduled or sent. Each card opens its list.

When something there is not for now, press “Ignore”. It leaves “Needs you”, its dot and the count on the app’s icon. It comes back only when it changes, such as a new question, a new end date or a new step, never just because days pass. At the end, a short line with how many are ignored lists them, and “Show again” brings one back. What you ignore is kept with your account, so the app and the Panel agree.

In the app, the Panel has Tsurito too, once a website or a service has a subscription. Write on the Panel‘s Home in “Ask Tsurito about your numbers…”, or press “Ask Tsurito” at the top of any screen. The Panel you open in your browser does not have it.

  • It reads your numbers and explains them: how a send went, how many people a list has, why a domain does not work yet, what changed between two versions.
  • It prepares drafts for you to review: a send, a saved list, the email after an event, the columns of a file you import. They wait under “Prepared by Tsurito” on the Panel‘s Home. Nothing is sent, saved or imported until you press the button yourself.
  • It does not search the web here: it only reads your account and these guides.

Tsurito answers in totals. It sees the names of your websites, emails, lists and events, and how many people they have, never their email addresses, phones, postal addresses or notes.

When an answer needs who and not how many, it first asks you with a card, for example “May Tsurito see who is in “Clients”?”. It would see only their first names. Choose:

  • “Only this time”: one read, in this conversation, for the next 10 minutes.
  • “Always for this list”, or “Always for this event”: from now on, for that one.
  • “Always for all my saved lists”: for every saved list. Events and imports still ask you.
  • “Not now”: Tsurito carries on without it.

A file you import asks every time, with “Only this time”.

Every permission you gave is in “Account and settings”, under “Tsurito”, “Privacy”. “Take back” ends it there.

In an account you work in, you can give these permissions only if the holder allows it. Read Working as a team.

“Help”, at the foot of the sidebar, opens a conversation with Tsurito that starts at “How can I help?”. Say what is happening or what you want to know. Under its questions, “See how it works” plays a short film of each part: websites, contacts and emails, and events.

  • It explains how things work from these guides, and opens the guide beside you when it helps.
  • It looks at what happened before it explains. For a website: its last publishes from this computer and what stopped them, its domains and their certificates, and its contact form. For an email: its sends, how many arrived, bounced or were marked as spam, and whether Email is paused and why.
  • It says in plain words what happened, when, and what you can do now.
  • When it needs us, it asks what it still needs to know and prepares a message to support with what you told it and what it found: which website or email, what failed and when, what you already tried, and the app’s version and your system. You read it, can change it, and press “Send”. It never sends anything by itself.

It only reads. It changes nothing, and it reads only when you ask.

Where something went wrong, “Ask Tsurito for help” is beside it: when publishing stopped, under a domain that does not open your website yet, and in an email that was sent. It opens the help already knowing what it is about, with the question written. Press Send.

In “Account and settings”, the “Help” page works without Claude or ChatGPT. It has the form to write to us, your conversations with us, the guides, the films of “See how it works”, Ship and “Open the status page”, to see whether everything is up right now. The “Help” of the Panel has Ship and the status page too.

When your plan has no allowance left for now, the help conversation shows “Open the guide” and “Write to support by hand”, which opens that page.
