Invitations
An invitation is an email of the Invitations type, sent like any direct email, where each person finds their own link to the event’s form, already filled in with their name and address. It needs Email on: “Invitations go out with Email. Turn Email on to invite.”
Write the invitation
Section titled “Write the invitation”In Studio, ask Tsurito for an invitation to the event. It is made as an email of the Invitations type, with a button to register whose link is filled in for each person when it is sent. Make it Ready, as any email.
Send it from the event
Section titled “Send it from the event”On the event’s page in the Panel, under “Invitations”, press “Invite”, choose “The invitation to send” and “Continue”. The send page says it is an invitation, and from there it is like any send: everyone who can receive Invitations, narrowed by a list or by conditions, a test to yourself, now or later, and confirming.
Each person receives their own link. Opening it shows the form filled in; once they register, the link is used and opening it again says so.
Invited only
Section titled “Invited only”With “Who may register” set to “Invited only”, the website says registration is by invitation and shows no form, except to someone who opens their own link. “Only people with an invitation can register for this event.”
Remind those who did not register
Section titled “Remind those who did not register”Send another Invitations email by the condition “invited to and not registered” with the event: only those who have not registered yet receive it.
