Results and history
A send’s results
Section titled “A send’s results”After confirming, the email’s send page shows its state and its “Results”:
- “Sent”, “Delivered” and “Bounced”: an address that bounces does not exist, and is never written to again.
- “Complaints”: people who marked it as spam.
- “Left”: people who stopped receiving it from this email.
- “Clicks per link”: “Each link counts every press. Nothing says who pressed it.”
“Opens are not counted.”
History
Section titled “History”“History”, in “Emails”, lists “Every send of this account, the latest first.” Scheduled sends come first, with their day, time and time zone. Each line shows the email, who it went to, its state, how many were sent and delivered, and when and by whom. It shows 100 sends at a time; “Previous” and “Next” move through the rest.
A cancelled send stays in the history with why: who cancelled it, or “The email changed”, when a change to a scheduled email cancelled it.
A contact’s page keeps their part too: what they received, what bounced, and how they left, such as “Left everything”.
