Change it yourself, in Edit
Change it yourself
Section titled “Change it yourself”You do not always need your assistant. For a small change, such as a price or a sentence, you can change the website yourself in “Edit”. On its left there are five parts:
| Part | What you can change |
|---|---|
| “Pages” | The words and images of every page, in the visual editor. |
| “Your website” | What every page carries: the “Name on your website”, the “Logo”, the “Icon in the browser tab” and the “Small print at the bottom of every page”. It also shows the website’s “Languages”. |
| “Look” | The colours, type and motion of the whole website. Read Start from a design. |
| “Contact” | “Email”, “Telephone”, “Address, one line each” and “Opening hours”. Leave a line empty and your website does not show it. |
| “Plugins” | What your website can do, such as the “Contact form”, “WhatsApp”, “Visitor numbers” or “A message across the top”. Read What plugins are. |
To hide the list of parts, press the button at the top left; press it again to bring it back.
