The AI does not start

None of the problems below break anything. Nothing you have made is lost when you try again.

If Tsurito says “The application could not finish starting on this computer.”, press “Try again”. If it still does not start, quit Tsurito completely and open it again.

In “Settings”, under “This application”, a “Status” line appears only when something is wrong. If it says “Not working”, press “Try again”.

  • “Not on this computer”. Install it. Read Install Tsurito and connect your AI. If you have only the Claude desktop app, install Claude Code too: Tsurito does not use the one inside that app.
  • “Installed, but not signed in”. Press the sign-in button on the card, press Enter in the box that opens at the bottom of the window, and sign in again. Each Tsurito account on this computer signs in to its assistant on its own, so after signing in to Tsurito with another account, sign in to the assistant once for that account too.

Press the sign-in button again and press Enter in the box. If your computer asks which app should open the page, choose the browser you normally use.

You signed in, and Tsurito still says you have not

Section titled “You signed in, and Tsurito still says you have not”

Go back to Tsurito and wait a few seconds. The screen checks by itself, and the box says “Signed in to Claude Code” or “Signed in to ChatGPT (Codex)” and closes by itself. If it still says no, press the sign-in button again.

The page gave you a code and there was nowhere to put it

Section titled “The page gave you a code and there was nowhere to put it”

Type it in the box at the bottom of the Tsurito window, where you pressed Enter: “If the page shows a code instead of coming back, type it here in this box.” Then press Enter. If you closed the box, press the sign-in button again and start over.

You are probably signed in with the wrong account. Sign out of Claude or ChatGPT in your browser. Then press the sign-in button in Tsurito again, and use the account you pay with.

Press “Install Claude Code” again and press Enter in the box, or “Install ChatGPT (Codex)” again. If it fails again, your network may be blocking the download. Try another connection, such as your home connection instead of an office one.

It worked yesterday, and today it does not

Assistants sign you out from time to time. The task then says “Your assistant needs you to sign in again. You can do it in Settings.”, and the assistant’s card, in “Settings” under “Your assistant”, reads “Installed, but not signed in”. Press “Sign in to Claude Code” or “Sign in to ChatGPT (Codex)” there. If it was your only assistant, Tsurito shows “Bring your assistant” with the same button. None of your websites are touched.

A task stops or says “Something went wrong”

Section titled “A task stops or says “Something went wrong””
  • Your assistant may have reached the limit of your Claude or ChatGPT plan. The limit renews after a while. This depends on your plan with Anthropic or OpenAI.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Open a new task and ask again. Your website stays as it was before the task.

Write to us from your account. Say which assistant you were using and what the screen said. A photo of the screen is enough.
